Q: I am experiencing sound distortions. Why is this occurring?

A: Please check the following when sound distortions occur:
1. Lower the volume of the connected AV system.
2. Set the sound mode to normal or flat-sound quality.

If this fails to correct the sound issue, please contact your Australian Monitor representative.
